i've seen/heard TONS of commercials on the Cici's pizza buffets but cant seem to find any in the orange county area. help!

It doesn't exist. I have seen a ton of them as well. I am in AZ so I went to the site and they are no closer than texas so I called and asked them why.
A very nice Lady explained to me that they are trying to create a national presence and found that buying on the national level was actually cheaper than buying time in local markets.
