supposed that i am a starting singer who has just finished learning vocal singing songwritig guitar and keybord instrumrnts what is the minimum amout of money i could possibly make in all circumstances

I have done it for years. there is no set amount. if you are union there would be a minimum wage but I don't know what it is now.

Well, the minimum is like singing on the street and stuff. So that is like 5 dollars. But if your good at it and all, and you went to school to learn how to sing, then you would be paid alot more that singing on the street. Since you already did that, you would be homefree or whatever.

Worst case scenario - You'll be working odd jobs to support yourself while trying to make yourself known

Practical solution - learn theory and get your masters, so you can teach voice or theory at an institution

Dreamworld - make it huge as a star

In worst case scenario, you could make nothing. Some singers take non-paying jobs just to have the chance to promote themselves.

First you will have to start off by putting your name out there then when you get spotted you will get little shows then you move on to the top but you have to really try don't give up!
