Well from an anthropological standpoint yes it is possible, in the american culture it is rare if not almost extinct. A polygamous relationship has many benifits in tribal cultures including increased child birth, chance for the women to have a break from child care with the other wifes taking care of the children. It all depends on your culture mainly. Here in america, its "possible" but doesnt really happen outside of the LUST idea..

Yeah
The capacity for love is infinate.
I don't personally approve of harems or multiple marraiges, but I love lots of women and would continue to love them even if I was married, but I would not put my wife out or jeapordize our marriage for any other woman.
