What could it be? They replaced every part and I put in a new filter. It just won't blow hot. Any suggestions?

If it is a gas heater you pilot light might not be lit. Many times the intrustions for lihjting the pilot are right on the heater.

Who are they? very important to know! However, a duct could have come loose allowing the warm air to go somewhere besides into your house. The A-coil could be filled with dirt and not let the warm air through. The heat exchanger could be cracked which causes the fuel not to burn right.
