Almost any office supply place will have them. Try Office Depot, Staples, St. Paul Book & Stationary. You can find them in their online stores as well. QVC.com also sells them. They do make some that are made so you can add onto the extenders to make them as lond as you need, each increase is 1/4" (I saw them at Mirsterart.com)

Yes, they are called Chicago Screws and you can get them at Home Depot. They come in several different lenghts and are only a couple of bucks for a package of 4.
