There are an incredible amount of things that it could be. My best advice is to go see your general practitioner and see what he says - he may try putting you on a medication or two to try to figure it out, and if that doesn't work than he may suggest you go to see a Gastrointestinal specialist.
If one of the meds he/she tries to put you on for your nausea is Phenigran, that is only going to treat the symptom, not fix the problem - also it will make you extremely sleepy because it has a sedative in it.

Is it every moment of the day, or just a certain times? When you eat certain foods? Or when you haven't eaten in a while?
Taking vitamins on an empty stomach can sometimes cause a touch of nausea. It could be "indigestion" or gas, could be a number of things.
Have your doctor check, just to be sure everything's okay.
