Poke Weed

It is very poisonous and it is not sold in stores. It grows wild in the south and some southerners are taught how to prepare the poke so it won't kill you.

Well for goodness sake! You use Poke! (A leafy plant that grows all along the eastern seaboard) It's considered poisonous though.
