CIA is the central intelligence agency and for a long time known to be corrupt and drug runners.
Pentagon is just the headquarters for all military and they put them under one roof to make communications quicker.
Problem is....CIA funds and creates terrorists while the Pentagon goes out and fights them. We are creating the problem and attempting to solve the problem.....isn't that called burning a candle at both ends?
