I was on Judge Joe Brown. Not incredibly proud of it because I don't want to look like white trash and embarass my family, but the show pays the settlement if you lose and I was the plaintiff. I actually made money on the show. Plus, they put me in a sweet Hollywood hotel. Judge Judy is filmed in the next studio over. It was quite an experience.
The funniest part is how mad they try to make you before you go on the set. They send people in to ask you questions about your case and tell you that the other person is talking all kinds of crap. After all that, they ask you, "Doesn't that just make you so mad?" It's like getting ready for a boxing match.

No, but I have been on a national speech contest broad casted live on TV when I was 16, in Japan. I won the 1st prise, and with it I could have gone to some good universities with nice recommendations, but since I didn't want to study I blew the chance. I moved out of Japan and enrolled myself into an art college. I don't get a job with an art degree I have now as the result, but I don't regret.

My wife, myself and some friends have just been fillmed by the BBC for the TV show, One Life. It is to be broadcast in January or February of 2007, it's about wheelchair dancing and that particular edition will possibly be called "Strictly Wheels". The film crew focussed their attentions on my wife (who's in a wheelchair), me (I'm not in a wheelchair) another local (Greenock) couple (the husband is in the wheelchair) who have recently had their first child. They also apparently focussed on some wheelchair dancers from England.
They filmed our practice sessions for the dance festival held in the Hilton Hotel in Blackpool which was held at the weekend there. Then they filmed us preparing for the journey and what we did at the dance festival itself.
It was very tiring, but a lot of fun. It will be interesting to see what the finished film looks like.

I worked for PGL in Shropshire when they filmed Back to the Floor there about 7 years ago. I actually got interviewed about making sandwiches, but fortunately that didn't make the final cut! I'm in a couple of scenes, as are my jeans drying out a window!

I know someone that was on Unanimous, and he had to sign paperwork saying he would not tell anyone the outcome.
