The cost of a neuter isn't dependent on the breed. It will be more dependent on where you live. On the East Coast near NY city, the whole thing including exam, surgery, and pain meds (a must) cost about $275. Other areas of the country are much less. It is good that you're getting your bunny neutered - he'll be much happier and if you ever want a friend for him, he must be neutered.

It is very important that you have a rabbit savvy vet do the surgery. Here are two good links about what to look for in selecting a vet and lists of rabbit savvy vets. You should still ask any vet some basic questions to be sure he/she has experience with rabbits.
