I've had two kids prior, and I've never showed signs within 2 weeks. With my son it was over a month and I don't remember what it was with my daughter. If I am pregnant now it would only be by 2 weeks but I've been having symptoms for about 4 or 5 days now. I'm weak, puking, sweating.. all the signs I had with my other kids. So, what's the earliest you showed signs?

Lets see.......with my son I had no symptoms other than a missed period. With my daughter, I started vomiting about a week after conception...and didn't stop for four months! I'm currently 13 weeks with our third, and I knew about a week after conception (nausea, tired, sensitive to smells, sore breasts)

I was showing signs by 2 weeks later. I was sleeping hours at a time and was having similar symptoms like you. I miscarried. So maby you should go to the Dr and get checked out, there are alot of Drs that do free pregnancy tests. so call around. even if its not your normal Dr a test is a test. Good Luck.

I knew by blood test 10 days after conception that I was pregnant
with my daughter last mp April 2 conceived April 14-16 and had a positive test by April 26
I was really tired right from the beginning with in days.
funny thing was my husband (at the time) said 5 minutes after we finished "Your pregnant I just got you pregnant" I thought he was joking

I was nauseated really bad in the mornings before work but I still had 1 more week until I started my period. I took a pregnancy test just for shits and giggles and it was positive. The doctor joked that it sounds like twins to him and by golly, it was. Maybe it's twins for you. Wow, I hope you didn't just pass out!

my first sign was skipping a period...so i was 6 wks. but a friend of mine claimed she knew the moment it happened. but i don't know if thats true.
