How long does it take to get the traffic coming through my site, after I placed an order with one of the traffic engine companies?

I dont mean to be mean with this answer, but do yourself a favor. Dont wait for people to come to you. Get out there and market yourself and your site. Just submitting your site is not an answer. Yes, you may get some more traffic, but there is no one on this planet better than you to do this.
