A great man BUT not president If he were alive I woiuld relectantly not vote for him because the black freedom memvement never had such a charasmatic leader and they would need him more than all of the USA I am white too so what.

It would depend on where he stood on key issues. Color would not be a factor, though, if that is what you are really getting at. I would vote for Condoleeza Rice in a heartbeat, if she ran.

I might -- but I'd have to know more of his positions. I really only know his position on one issue (granted, it's a major one, racial equality, and I agree with him) :)
But assuming he was as deft at the rest of politics as he was at bringing change to that one issue -- you bet I'd vote for him. And I'm white, too :)
