I know that they say you are fertile 3 days before and 4 days after. My question is if you were to concieve 3 days before your period, would you still have that period. Just wondering because my period came on time but ended quickly and now a few weeks later I think I'm feeling some symptoms. Help Please!!!!!

Yes you could be pregnant especially if your period was not normal. Also women are fertile about half way through there cycle not 3 days before and 4 days after. Check out mymonthlycycles.com ovulation calculator to clear this up. good Luck!

I don't know where you are getting your info, but you are NOT most fertile, 3 days before and 4 days after your period. Each cycle starts with the first day of you period, all women are different, but for the most part you are most fertile smack dab in the middle of your cycle, around day 14. You could have ovulated during your period, but it is very unlikely.

More times than not you will have our period if you did in fact conceive around that time and a lot of times the period is shorter than normal but some women do still have a reg period until the next month.

im confused. do you think that they mean 3 days before and 4 days after your period? thats not what "they" mean. it means 3 days before or after ovulation time, which is in the middle of your cycle. its technically not possible to get pregnant 3 days before you are expecting your period . if you get your period on time, 3 days after having sex, then you are NOT pregnant. you likely ovulated weeks ago and the egg is long dead and gone.
