Definitely sounds like a potential scam. If you call them to ask about it, make sure you don't give them any personal information like your account number, social security... basically anything.

If you're still unsure, take it to your own bank and ask them.

If you don't know what this is about, you better boogie on down to the bank and check it out pronto, because as of now, they have taken $885.97 from your account in payment on a loan. Whether that is a payment that will be removed from your account every month, or a one-time payment isn't clear from what you have said. Does anyone else have access to your account, someone who could have set up a loan and given permission to have the payments debited to your account? A co-signer?
In any case, you better get down there fast and find out what's going on.

It's called "phishing", some crook is trying to get into your bank account. So, Don't do anything but call your bank immediately and tell them about the letter. Also, call your ISP and report it and have them do the required changes on you password/address.

Do it now!!

Sounds like a scam. Go to your bank and ask about it. Put a stop payment if you need to.
