I've heard people say six flags magic mountain is closing.Will someone tell me the right answer?

they say it's closing and the park is going to be moved in the following years into the inland empire

I've heard the same thing, but they are selling 2007 season passes on the six flags website. Besides, even though the park is for sale, it is one of the few that is really popular. and they just put out a new ride. I don't think that if they were planning on doing anything soon, they would build a new ride or sell season passes.

Yes, the land is worth more than the park its self, I heard they were opening a new one though

I read an article that the land six flags is on was sold and was being considered to close and use for houses.

They have several of the parks either up for sale or closing.
The company itself during 2005 was going to sell itself after Dan Snyder (owner of the Washington Redskins) was raising his share of the company's shares from 11 to 34 percent. The deadline passed and there were no bids, so now Dan's company owns it.

i live in ohio and i've heard it is closing. six flags is in a lot of financial trouble right now and they are trying to sell off a lot of their parks.

soo many people have been saying it is closing but i asked when i went there recently got halloween i mean come on why would they add a new ride if they are closing down people say this n that guesss you can only wait till it happens but no its not
