It doesn't matter. You can watch all episodes on Grey's Anatomy on abc.com anytime. You can also watch all episodes of CSI on cbs. com online anytime. They are available online the next day. So many of my favorite shows air on Thursday and I can't watch them all so shows like these I watch online.
