I like to play with fuzz. I don't really know why but it feels good in my fingers. If I'm not playing with fuzz, I'm biting my nails, tapping my feet, my hands, pen-clicking, playing with my hair, or finding some other way to NEVER sit still.

Sorry Buggi, I have to disagree. Given what little we have to go on here, I'd have to find it somewhere along the lines of Obsessive or Obsessive/Compulsive.

I'm no psychologists or expert...but from what your describing..it looks like your trying to find ways to soothe yourself. I'm not saying that your filled with anxiety but you can't sit still and so your trying to do things to try and relax yourself. For example, it's common for people when they sit and cross their legs to rock one leg back and forth. I don't know the name of this condition if it is considered a condition. But a lot of people have their own ways of soothing themselves in order to try and focus. Some people rock back and forth, while others move their legs or knees when they sit.

I agree with Bugi. You are describing ADHD symptoms. I would advise you to go to your doctor for an evaluation. Their are many meds available that can help you control this type of behavior. Your doctor may be able to refer you to a good therapist as well. Best wishes.

i'm not a dr but it soundsa like an obsessive/compulsive problem. the severe type may need therapy or medications, while some are just a nuisance.
