Go to garageband.com! It is a great site. Some services cost money but a lot is offered for free, including upload/download.

You could start a myspace for your music. That's free and you can upload several songs at a time that people can listen to.
http://www.purevolume.com/ is also free and band/music oriented and you can do the same thing there.
