Ask the interviewee, in a professional manner, how she feels about nudity. Then explain the scene or scenes and how they are necessary to the film.

You need to approch her about it prior to filming, and make sure she will accept the role based on that info. Often, a note about that should be posted in the casting call, and a decription of how it will be filmed, location, present parties, etc...

Be forward and open with the info, and ofter to let her read the script prior to accepting the role.

Shoe her the script. Then be sure to point out the artistic value of the part.

A better and more darmatic way to do this would be just the suggestion of nudity not the actual nudity.

be direct and make sure you are clear that there will be nudity needed in the movie (if she doesnt feel comfortably then maybe this isnt the film for her.), explain thoroughly.
good luck.
