Yes, it is still possible, and unless she is really a "late bloomer" then that's WAY too young to be having sex!

From the way you corrected your question about DOES NOT HAVE HER PERIOD, it sounds to me like she has never had her period at all. If that is the case - then no, she cannot get pregnant, unless she just happens to be entering her first cycle of ovulation.
If you are a young boy wanting to have sex with this girl - don't... because if you don't know the answer to this question without asking you're too young to be messing around anyway.
If you're an adult asking this question, and having sex with this girl - you're a criminal.
I hope that you are an adult and what you mean is that the WOMAN is just not currently on her period - in that case, yes, she can get pregnant

You are playing with Mother Nature, she has no set rules, there are certain preventive measures you can take. I suggest you learn them and if you are going to have sex, then realize that becoming a father is a real possibility. That is the mature way to think Good Luck!!!

yes - she can get pregnant at any time of the month, even if she has her period. Those 300 million sperm can stay alive for a week, long enough to met up with an egg - and it only take one.
