my balls hang lower than my penis....should this be cause for concern????

nope. when u have a warm body temperature, ur balls will hang low and away from the body. some guys hang lower than others but its normal

Not at all -- most men's testicles hang lower than their penis'. Also, if you genital area is warm it will make them longer as well.
