my 99 explorer is trippin on me, in the morning i turned it on, i decided to give it some gas...., next thing i know i seen smoke coming from under the truck i checked it out, and it was steam, it turns out all the cooland was coming out, the coolant came out thru the middle of the engine on the opposite side of the belts, and fan.... by the fire wall, i tried letting it cool, 4 hrs later i put water in radiator, and it all came out thru the same place, it was comin out alot as i pour the water that fast it came out.... HELP!! Please....

IT could be leaking back through the engine valley from the thermostat housing, or a burst hose, check the intake gaskets as well. If that much is coming out at once, it should be easy to pinpoint.

ok you say on the opposite side of the fan...then you say by the fire wall...which is it?

From your discription it sounds like the water pump has failed. But to say it comes out by the firewall...just don't make sense unless you have a heater hose back there leaking.
