ITS UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, I HAVE NO DOUBT ON IT.But it had upper hand on any war across the world since then...with vietnam,iraq,iran,korea,indo-chinese,now sri lanka (gettin ready).. syria ,palestin,more and more

It depends on what you define as a war. Is every imperial skirmish a war? Was the Korean war, or the first Gulf war a US war or an UN war? Does it half to be a declared war? Do civil wars count?
