Almost like I got a shot of novicane... Any idea on what this is? I have been on medication for the past week for lower back pain & just took my last dose this morning. This tingling sensation has lasted for about 4 hrs now. The rest of me feels fine but this starting to make me nervous.

The left side worries me. It could be the medication. If it persists then go to urgent care.

Did you check the side effects of the medication you are taking? You didn't say why you are taking the medication but sometimes back problems can do weird things. If it is still like this in the morning, call the doctor or if you are really worried, call the Pharmacy tonight. Maybe they will have some answers for you instead of me just trying to guess. Hope all works out for you.

consult a doctor its very possible you might be on the verge of a stroke. strokes can cause partial paralysis in parts of the body especially the face , neck , shoulder , and into your legs. It usually strikes one side of your body or another. Get your blood pressure , and blood sugar checked.
