You might want to try and take gravol. If you don't have that, try Pepto.

The symptoms you mentioned almost sound like some sort of allergy. Alot of times an allergic reaction can cause low blood pressure. I have had that happen to me! There is an herb called "Thyme" which has been know to increase blood pressure or at least balance it out. But you may wanna go ahead and see a doctor to make sure you don't have a thyroid problem or an irregular heart beat. I know that athletes can get irregular heart beats quite often.

Have you tried ginger root or ginseng?

Check with your physician. Dehydration could kill you or make you very sick. You must get enough water every day. You must have water every day if nothing else. But, you cannot go for very long without other types of food.

If you have been without food for more than a day then you must start eating again very slowly. Do not eat candy, coffee or pop. Try herbal teas and diluted fruit juice. Then try some soup broth.

Don't forget to see your physician rightaway.

If you haven't eaten for a few days, it's best not to start off eating anything heavy. You are drinking water I hope. Sounds like you need to clean out your system before you'll begin to feel better. Here's a drink that will make you feel better and it will supply you with plenty of nutrients until you start eating again.

2 Tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) fresh-squeezed lemon or lime juice (approx. ½ lemon),

2 Tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) organic Grade B maple syrup, not maple-flavored sugar syrup or syrup from companies that use formaldehyde to harvest their syrup,

1/10 Teaspoon or more cayenne pepper (hot red pepper), and

1 Cup (8 fluid ounces) purified or spring water, NOT fluoridated water.

Personally, I find 1/10 teaspoon of cayenne a bit much, so start out with less if you want to. For a complete history of this "Lemonade Drink" and to talk to others who are drinking only this for days and weeks go to http://www.therawfoodsite.com/mastercleanse.htm and http://www.therawfoodsite.com/forum/

You should ease your way back to solid food after one or two additional days of juices, orange or grapefruit. If you are going back to raw fruits and vegetables, you may do so on the afternoon of the second day.

If you have been a meat eater and/or milk products consumer, shift to cooked vegetable soup on the afternoon of the second day and a salad for dinner. Keep the lemonade drink as your breakfast drink after that. Of course, you would do better with the least amount of meat and no milk products as they are very productive of mucus and hinder digestion and absorption of nutrients.

As for the low blood pressure, don't worry about it. It's not what's making you tired. What you are eating is probably making you tired. Use this website to help you choose the right foods:

You need to eat something. Drink chicken noodle soup broth. Don't drink or eat coffee/chocolate/sugar since your heart is already beating fast. But really, dear, you need to go to the hospital. They need to give you an IV, if you can't keep down food or water.

It's better that you go to the hospital. In the meantime, try drinking some Glucosade.

If you are not eating, the more sick you will feel. Your body lacks nutrition to help it to recover. Consider taking a dietary supplement. If you want to know what I take, you can write me at jade_flowershop@yahoo.com. Its MLM though.
