John Myung - Dream Theater
6 string bass player. Extremely technical and proficient in every aspect of making his bass not sound like a bass.

Les Claypool - Primus
Auditioned for Metallica back in the late 80's. Simply put, he was too good for them and they didn't want him to steal the show. One of the most creative bassists alive.

Geddy Lee - Rush
Started out in the early-mid 70's and still plays live and studio songs to this day. Perfected multi-tasking as he is the only bassist, keyboardist and vocalist for the band.

I can't decide between them...!

Flea from the Red Hot Chili Peppers is a good contender. And by the way...the best thing that ever happened to Rage Against the Machine was Audioslave.

Natina K. from the Laguna Creek High School Jazz Band.
And when she's not available, I'll listen to Flea (Chili Peppers), Les Claypool (Primus), Adam Clayton (U2), John Norwood Fisher (Fishbone), Pete Garner (Stone Roses).
