Your sister is bi-sexual, her boyfriend is gay. What should you do? Absolutely nothing, and let them live out their life as they so choose. I'm sure you want your sister to be happy, so whats the problem?

If her boyfriend is gay then he doesn't really love her. If it's okay with her though then there isn't anything you can do. If she knows then let them be and if she doesn't then you need to tell her. No one should stay in a relationship with someone who doesn't love them back.
Or is it just that he's a friend who's a boy? In that case just let them be.

The best thing to do is not get involved. (it is there relationship and not yours) although you probally care for her, let it run its course, you can be there to catch her if she falls.
