I don't think you will want to use this on yourself. A Burdizzo (not sure of the spelling here) is a device resembling a set of bolt cutters used to castrate calves by cutting the cords to the gonads without breaking the skin. They were invented to prevent having to do the castration by cutting the testicles out. Screw worms used to be prevalent and were a nuisance. Not breaking the skin eliminated the dangers associated with the screw worms. Now, unless you want to be singing in a higher key, I think you should scrub the idea of doing your self inflicted castration.
