Wanna go to Europe for New Years but don´t wanna freeze to death; any suggestions???

i know you said not cold, but if you ever get the opportunity to travel for new years you HAVE to go to iceland! New years is one of the holidays that they celebrate the biggest, the entire sky is filled with fire works, its really beautiful and is a great experience.

Go to Madrid.
If you like big party's La Puerta del Sol is the place to be and be prepared to eat grapes.

I would chooce Porto, great harbout area to party, affortable, nice city overall and port cellar tours... Or Barcelona for its overall beauty and nice atmosphere.
