The vampire because he has preternatural eyes and doesnt need to blink...that is if they indeed exist.....

But, if vampires DID exist he would win, cause he's totally undead and aint got no feeling in his eyeballs, so... why would he need to blink?

hey, i like vamps as much as the next guy but i think your getting a little ocd about it.
