Frankly I know very little about bikes etc. and absolutely nothing about fashion or magazines- I sometimes ride a small trail bike when I go hunting and couldn't careless about fashions etc.
All I can tell you is that there are a few Harley dealers in Poland- maybe they can share contacts?
Motorcycling season is app. 6-8 months (unless you have something that can handle ice on the roads)
You might try an advert or job offer in Gazeta Wyborcza (www.gazeta.pl). It is a daily paper, easilly the most read in Poland.
