Sorry to hear that you have to ask this question because it means you have a gut feeling that something is wrong, never
ignore your feelings, as they are trying to tell us something isn't right. I don't know your particular situation but there are ways you can get a pretty good idea. Is he away from you for blocks of time without explanation. Search his things for letters, and other
documents. How about relatives, do you know his relatives?
what about his friends, talk to them, you will be able to tell if something is funny. Have you mentioned this to him. If so how did he react. What about pictures he has? I do know that guys from other countries come to U.S. and get involved or married here and they have somebody back home in their country.
Whatever your situation I wish you the best in getting to the bottom of this.

Save your money. I hired a PI and he got almost $3000 to "confirm" my husband's tag #, home address, and divorce.
Like Kay K said though, DO NOT ignore your own intuition-your gut knows!
On my own - I found the ex-wifes signature on a check. Then I found it again on a deed. Compare the two "known sources" to the one on the fraudulant divorce and BAM, the two do NOT match the divorce copy. The notary can't be identified or located either.
The police agree the signatures do not match, BUT only the ex-wife can prosecute for forgery, not me. They say I have no claim.
I am trapped in a bigamist's fraud but I have no legal recourse??
(His ex forged his name to a deed -stole the 400k house out from under him for $1 so now she's "happy with it" and they're "even" so NO she won't cause any trouble.)
See? You can see an actual divorce and STILL not know for sure. Listen to your gut. Investigate secretly w/his friends, family, and anyone who may know a little something.
If in doubt- get the hell out. Quickly!

Wow, I believe marriage licenses are public information. I would start searching state by state.....but that assumes that he's gonig under the same name.
This happened to my aunt and she found out when she was reviewing her long distance phone bill and kept seeing the same out of state number from month to month. One month, she called it and ended up finding out that her husband was married to another woman and had been for several years, he even had 3 kids. In addition, he was wanted by the FBI in several states for several different felonies.
If you suspect something is amiss, I would certainly consider hiring a private investigator, even though they can be expensive.

Check records.
Do a background check. Anyone can do those online. It costs a little, but you can get it done.
Another thing is to hire a private investigator.
Or call Cheater's, the TV show, and they can help you for free I believe, if you have a case.
Anyway, how could he be married to someone else if he's married to you? Are you married to him?
At any rate, good luck.

Ask your hubby if he seems defensive then spend the money for an investigation in most states polygamy is illegal and if you have enough concern and some incite that this is true report him to local police. At that time the police will look deeper into his personal life and may come across something. Good Luck and God Bless.

wouldn't that be a matter of records in the court house. Maybe try asking him not sure why you think hes married to another needs more information on this.
