The Washburn Dimebag Darrell series had a bunch of different models that varied from $280 new to over $2700 new.

The Darrell series was named as such because the line was endorsed by Dimebag Darrell until he was shot on stage in 2004, not because they were especially good or especially bad.

So, without knowing which model it is exactly, I can only tell you that the prices for a used Dimebag range from $2300 in mint condition for a Dime 3ST (built in 2001 to 2004) to $75 in good condition for a Dime 331. This is according to the Blue Book of Electric Guitars.
