"Don't throw your food on the floor (mom, you use to laugh when I did it.) Don't walk in here with mud on your feet ( mom, you use to take pictures of my foot prints). Because we think we are this body, mind, intelligence, and false ego. We identify with something we are not. It is the bodily platform. If one wants to come to the transcendental spiritual platform where there is no misery no false ego we have to purify our mind. The best way to do that is to chant the maha mantra Maha means great and man means mind and tra means deliver. Chant Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare Say it loud enough to hear each syllable- For details go to http://www.stephen-knapp.com/chanting_hare_krishna.htm
