There is NO cheat code to have twins in The Sims 2!
The previous posters are giving you untrue info.

apparently the twinzr2cute or twinsr2cute cheat is a fake and doesn't work. I guess forcetwins works, but I haven't used it. however, I do know that eating cheesecake works, but you need the open for business expansion (the ability to make cheesecake came with that pack).

I have the perfect cheat code for almost everything.
press shift + ctrl + c..
Type in the box: boolprop testingcheatsenabled on
Then you can right click on the person and select "force twins"
To work other cheats you can hold your shift key and click on the mailbox and many cheats pop out. You can also press shift and click on almost everything..including the garbage bin..piano..etc etc..
