Both transmission are AUTO EX USA/Canda build. I know 2001 and 2002 will swap but I don't know anout a 2001 and 2003. Also the 2003 trans is from a 2 door EX and the 2001 is a 4 door EX.
Motor is a 1.7 vtec

I am aware that it will bolt up My question really is will the computer that runs the accept the the trans and funtion?

Check with a recycling (junk) yard. They have the interchange books and can tell you if it will work.

in case you have an computerized, those fashions are actual finicky with AT fluid. so as to avert a clunky transmission sound, you need to use production facility fluid, bought from a Honda broking, believe me in this. I surely have the ninety 3 ex.

if there both the same motor. yes they will..im pretty positive(95%) it will work
2001-2005 are the same body style
