hello I know this may be abit inappropriate, asking a lame question here but my friend asked me and i cant figure out the answer... so i decided to get some help.
the clue given is the occupation is a government job.
all i can think of is nurse becausee of happiness. but nurse is not a government job is it?

Happy Lee was a minister and political activist.
Maybe you should specificy which Happy you're talking about.
