Nowadays batteries and power sources are built to be "smart" and fault tolerant. You should be able to unplug it while it's running, although, it's better to power down if you have the time.
For a few months last year I was living in a poor country with intermittent power outages. Many times the power went out and my laptop switched to batteries without skipping a beat, although many things ran slower and the screen was dimmed. No doubt the OS was trying to make the charge last longer.

no the only way it could mess up if u take the battery out a couple of times and then it could mess up but if u unplug the laptop then the laptop will shut down but no is not dangerous

No, not dangerous at all. I would suggest that remove your battery from your laptop while you use AC, this can extend your battery life.

It's not a problem to unplug or plug in your ac adaptor while your laptop is on.

in case you have not electricity disturbances then take the battery off the compartment even as operating the laptopyour Aadaptio isn't damaged yet to guard your computer you should close down it for sometime,provide it relax ,enable to kick back down and then log in and artwork.
