Thank you for any advice you can offer !

I am thinking of getting a Whites Tree Frog and a Crested Gecko.

What do YOU know about Whites Tree Frogs and Crested Geckos ?

Are they good pets as far as reptiles go ?

Are they good beginner reptiles ?

Frogs are not reptiles, they are amphibians. I had a Vietnamese fire bellied toad that was a pretty cool pet.

i have two white's tree frogs, and I think they are wonderful pets. They live in a little arboretum (for lack of a better word) with plastic plants that they can climb, a heat source, a water dish, thermometer and humidity gauge, and bedding. They eat live crickets, and every now and then they'll sing. They need clean water daily, and the water should be stale (i keep mine in a spray bottle and fill their water dish after washing it daily). I also keep a numbe of live crickets on hand, so you have to feed those too. And if you have a bug "thing", you'll have to get over it.

hope that helps

for rodents, hamsters do not really want to be dealt with, rats are good, and rabbits are not precisely low upkeep. In reptiles, water dragons can get quite vast, leopard geckos are tremendous, and whites tree frogs are ok. i used to have one yet they're nocturnal, so as that they are commonly type of uninteresting. how about a bearded dragon? they're fantastic. about snakes, corn snakes are the proper, yet ball pythons, and milk snakes or king snakes are good. i do not comprehend something about birds, yet what about a parakeet? how about a sugar glider? they're cute and prefer to be dealt with! they should be performed with for extra or less 2 hours an afternoon. they don't look to be precisely low upkeep, yet they're really relaxing. they take lots of care notwithstanding it really is worth it!

I don't know much about the frog, but don't keep them together. they shouldn't be kept together in a small habitat.
