Well a family origin is pretty much where your eldest family member you know of or can found out about, originated from or grew up in. Family structure is the way your family works i think. Or a family tree

You are right, this is a misleading question, and it is worded in such a way that it is confusing. Did the teacher mean your geneology?

If I think about it, no teacher will ask for her students geneology, it is none of her business.
Therefore the second choice is that she is attempting to ask you for the heirarchies in your home, to see whether or not it is patriarchal or matriarchal and does this extend to grandparents etc,

u need to discuss ur families way of life and how well ur family is kept and just overall wellness is between just the people living in ur family. well, that's wat I would think it would mean.
