if you have a pinched nerve in the back, I would not suggest any wieght lifting!! The best thing is to contact a theraphy location.

You should could also try Yoga and Pilates for stretching out the spine. These all are muscle release or stretch excercises that are not harmfull

Hamstring stretches, glute stretches, hip flexor stretches. (See a Physical Therapist for main points of those) Also, lie at the ground face down, location your hands at the back of your again. Slowly and genly lift your shoulders and chest clear of the ground. This is notably well for pinched nerves because of disc lesions and so forth. Talk to a doctor, but I would recommend letting the pinched nerve heal before lifting weights.
