Definitely Goat's Milk. If breastfeeding is not an option, raw goat's milk is an acceptable substitute. Goat's milk is similar to human breast milk in composition. However, goat's milk should be diluted 50-50 with distilled water as the protein content is slightly higher than that in mother's milk. Goat's milk keeps about four days in the refrigerator. Goat's milk is also less allergenic and more easily digestible than cow's milk.

Soy given to infants can jeopardize the development of the brain and nervous system. Soy formula can also cause vitamin deficiencies. There are many more negative effects of soy in babies. I included links below so you could see for yourself.

I do know of a few people who have used goats milk and have good luck with. It may not have all the vitamins that the soy stuff does, but you can buy these vitamins separately at the store. I tried the goats milk with my son and he didn't do too well on it, but maybe your baby will have better luck. You may already know this, but Enfimal has a formula out that is for baby's who are allergic to milk and soy based formulas. It pricey, but it might be worth a shot, also.

My youngest who was once wholly breastfeed, in no way rather like every variety of cow's milk. Since I nursed beyond a yr, I did not fear approximately it till she was once nearing 18 months, whilst all she desired to drink was once orange juice. Our pediatrician stated it was once no large deal if the juice was once calcium fortified and it did not trouble her belly...and she or he was once getting different calcium assets like cheese or yogurt... She is 7 years ancient now and she or he nonetheless isn't keen on cows milk, however she does like soy milk. Make definite your health practitioner is aware of, however its customarily excellent!
