Maybe you were drugged without your knowledge. Who was near you or your things that day?

Wow. Wow to the typos and Wow to the story related... Like, REALLLLLY, wow.
Chances are, that which you were listening to had nothing to do with your night sweats, hot flashes and surreal feelings, or your nose bleed for that fact. Nightsweats and hot flashes can be brought on by any number of metabolic reasons. Your body was probably trying to attain a degree of homeostasis (equalibrium) temperature wise. The nose bleed could simply be nothing more than a change in humidity. you mentioned that it was cold that night. The humidity factor had probably dropped causing your mucosa to dry, crack and bleed a bit. Finally, the surreal feeling. Who knows what goes through one's mind when they're in neverland. Between sleep and consciousness, you were probably disoriented. Good thing you didn't try standing to go to the bathroom or the fridge. You'd probably have fallen and busted your noggin'. My suggestion, lay off the ludes and caffeine at bedtime!

Sound like you are experiencing a dietary problem (nose bleeds) and waking up in cold sweats? Anxiety, fear....What's on your mind lately may have a direct effect on this. If you are not on drugs, then there is alot of options. If you are, then there are alot of options, but you must want to help yourself. God Bless

I'd run it past your doctor. It may be nothing, but that the fact that you had a nosebleed could indicate brain hemorrhaging. Even if it's not, hallucinations are nothing to take lightly. You could have a disorder such as schizophrenia and not know it. It's probably nothing but tell your doc, anyway.

You asked this question before.

I told you it was probably just the music combined with weird emotions/dreams.

It may have been a deeply religious experience. In fact, it probably was. Talk to your pastor immediately!
