I'm a huge Beatles and Elvis fan. Also a musician of 35 years. He covered Yesterday, Something, Hey Jude, Get Back and Lady Madonna. Elvis didn't dislike the Beatles at all. He respected their songwriting capabilities. And the Beatles were inspired by Elvis very early in their career. I'm almost sure that they covered his songs on stage, but never recorded them in the studio. Elvis liked just about everyone.

Elvis did sing a few Beatles songs & they were released on CD as a supplement to a book. The CD is called "Elvis Sings Beatles Songs" & was included with the book, "Beatles '65" by Joseph A. Tunzi. You can check out the CD at:

No. Elvis was very paranoid of the Beatles at one time and even went in with the US government to try to have them deported. I guess it was all the drugs and alcohol that twisted his thinking. His music was losing popularity when the Beatles hit. Have a nice day.

He did a version of The Beatles' "Hey Jude".

"In addition to acclaim from music industry media, "Hey Jude" has also been covered by several artists. The most commercially successful cover version was by Wilson Pickett, whose rendition featured the Allman Brothers' guitarist, Duane Allman, as a session player. Elvis Presley, Maynard Ferguson, and the Grateful Dead also produced cover versions."

Yes.

Dr Pepper, Carl Perkins wrote and recorded Blue Suede Shoes. He and his band were in a serious car crash soon after the release of the song, he was unable to promote it and Elvis' cover version took off.
