When my tank is full, my car runs fine. When it gets to half (and down from there) it stops when i brake medium/hard. I have to crank it back up and it will run, until of course I brake again. Also stops when I'm on a slope (facing down). I have to put the car in neutral, in order for the car to roll onto an even surface, and the start it again. It also doesn't even start when the tank is close to E. What's wrong?

I have a 1992 Honda Accord.

Sounds to me like the baffle in your fuel tank has come loose and is no longer holding fuel around the fuel pump. There is no pick up tube on your model, the pump sits submerged in fuel and the baffle is there to keep some fuel around the pump while you brake, accelerate, turn, and park on hills. Hope this helps.

You have an old Honda. I used to have a 92' Honda Civic. Honda sucks big time.
Solution: Buy a newer car; not a Honda!!!

Now I have a '85 Scirocco. A lot better
