Well, aside from telling you that just because you're feminine doesn't mean you have to wait for him (which everyone else is saying) all I can say is: flirt with him. Let him know you're interested and waiting for him. There's lots of websites with advice on flirting for girls and guys (or used to be... wish I could remember how to find them.)
