My personal opinion, I think everyone born should be DNA'd, put in the intelligence files, that way when a crime happens they can enter the dna into the data base, and bam, they have in instant match, no more unsolved crimes, no more unsolved rapes, murders. But this is only my opinion.
As far as chips I say only on legal immigrants, then when they run their arm under the micro chip machine and they don't have one, BINGO, they're out of here, they are illegal, that way they can't forge documents, steal identies, and have to pay taxes like me! It's amazing, have you ever went to get your drivers licenses and or go to court and they have an interperter there for the ones who cant speak english? Answer this, who in the hell is interpenting the road signs that are in english to them when they do get their licenses??? Just curious

Partly I agree with it because I have children.
I would want a tracking system on my child (like a car) if he were stolen.
But I understand the serious ethical implications to doing it compulsory.
The government knows where you are at all times and big brother is always watching!!!

Depends on the type of person. If this person has been covicted of rape or murder or something like that then yes. but not for an everyday person. I don't want the gov. to know my every step, do you?
