Probably The Only Way To Fix It Is To Contact Sony To Replace/Fix Your PSP (1)..

If Your PSP Is Still Under Warranty, You Might Be Able To Send It To Them And Get It Back Fixed For Free, Otherwise, You'll Need To Pay A Fee..

It's not hard to take apart if you only need to replace L

Check the site above... if you're not comfortable doing it, send them an email! It's probably the silicon pad under the L button which they sell for $10
