Biology poster topics?

I have to make a poster for my college intro biology lab. My options are:
Option 1: Select a topic in molecular or cellular biology
Option 2: Select a body system
What topic should I choose? Something manageable that I can finish by tomorrow at 9:30 am.

Sex is always good. Make a poster of all the tubes and organs that a sperm travels through or next to on it's way out of the body.

An important biology subject right now that has a lot of people concerned is MRSA (Methicillin resistant Staph aureus). It is a hot medical topic right now because a staph infection that used to be easily treatable is now killing people. It is a bacteria that many people have on their skin and alot of cases are popping up in hospitals. It is a very important topic.

Option 2 would be easy to sketch. Especially the circulatory system.

Circ system is super easy to draw. all you need is a simple drawing of the heart. Then have a simple drawing of the direction of blood flow. List a few major points ( inf/sup vena cava, aorta, heart, lungs, veins, arteries, capillaries) and connect them all in a simple sketch, color code the blood.

Or draw how the kidney's work.
Kidneys (detailed sketch) --> bladder--> out
That pretty much say's it all.
